Get Hands on with the Occuity AX1 at AAO 2026

Occuity will be attending AAO 2026 in New Orleans, giving ophthalmic professionals from across the US and around the world an opportunity to experience the latest AX1 Axiometer alongside it's existing PM1 Pachymeter

The AX1 and PM1 will be demonstrated on the stand of Occuity’s South American distribution partner, ALT Medical Device Inc., on Stand 4403 throughout the AAO Expo from Saturday 10 to Monday 12 October.

Responding to growing interest in axial length measurement

Interest in the AX1 continues to grow globally, with particularly strong interest from clinicians, distributors and potential partners across the United States.

As awareness of the importance of axial length measurement increases, there is a clear need for technology that makes it easier to incorporate these measurements into routine clinical practice.

Aimed at the myopia management market, The AX1 is being developed as a handheld, non-contact device designed to make axial length measurement quick, easy and intuitive. Its portable format will provide practices with a practical alternative to larger, traditional biometers, helping make axial length measurement more accessible in a wider range of clinical settings.

Get hands-on with the AX1

AAO will provide attendees with an opportunity to get hands-on with the latest AX1 and experience its simple measurement process for themselves.

Richard Kadri-Langford, Head of Marketing at Occuity, will be on Stand 4403 throughout the exhibition to demonstrate the device, discuss its development and meet clinicians, distributors and potential partners interested in the technology.
