Occuity passes ISO 13845 audit with no minor or major faults

We are excited to announce that Occuity has recently passed our annual ISO 13845 audit with no major or minor faults, marking another significant milestone. The certification, which was originally received in early 2021 recognizes our commitment to quality management systems in the development and manufacturing of medical devices.

ISO 13845 is an internationally recognised gold standard for quality management systems specifically designed for medical devices. This certification demonstrates our commitment to meeting and exceeding the highest standards in the industry. We are proud to have passed this audit, as it reflects our dedication to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the medical devices that we are designing and manufacturing.

Occuity is well-positioned for the future because we have expanded our scope to include the complete process of designing, developing, manufacturing, selling, packaging, and distributing ophthalmic instruments. This comprehensive approach will give us an advantage when it comes to the production of future devices, as we already have various processes in place. We can therefore save time and streamline our manufacturing process, meaning our products can be launched into markets more quickly and efficiently.
