Terms and Conditions:
1. By entering the giveaway you are agreeing to these giveaway terms and conditions.
2. The giveaway is being run by Occuty Ltd on both Instagram and Facebook separately starting on the 1st of June 2021 and ending at 11.59 pm BST on the 7th of June 2021.
Eligibility to enter
3. The giveaway is open to entrants over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom.
4. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. The giveaway is free to enter.
How to enter
6. To enter the giveaway simply like Occuity’s social media post about the giveaway, share it on your feed or stories tagging Occuity, and follow Occuity’s social media profile. Tag a maximum of 3 friends for additional entries (one friend is one additional entry).
The prize
7. The prize will be one luxury diabetic hamper from The British Hamper Company.
8. Occuity’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
9. The winner will be drawn at random.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if
circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of Occuity regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
13. The winner will be notified on the 8th of June 2021 via direct message on the social media profile used to enter the giveaway.
14. Occuity will attempt to contact the winner by direct message up to two times.
15. If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Occuity reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
16. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
Data protection and publicity
17. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the giveaway being used by Occuity Ltd. for the purposes of administering the giveaway, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
18. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting Occuity at marketing@occuity.com
19. The winner agrees to the release of their social media username to any other giveaway participants if requested via Occuity Ltd.
20. An announcement of the winner’s social media username will be made via our social media profiles.
21. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Occuity’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
22. Occuity does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize, save that Occuity does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
23. Occuity does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
General
24. Occuity reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
25. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
